Great location, walking distance to most things in el poblado. I had the room with the hot tub, which was amazing. Secure, with a key code and key. The room was more like a mini apartment, basic cooking facilities too. No reception, but you are given a number if you need assistance, and the hotel down the road is owned by the same people if you need help.

All of the old molding drywall has been fixed. The inside looks good. Great location . Great staff

Location is excellent. The room with the indoor pool makes you feel like a king. Easy check in. Maids are quick with extra towels.

The location was great. Decent water pressure and hot water in shower. Nice balcony. The staff was very helpful and responsive once I figured out how to contact them. They went out of their way to help me with some issues.
